ADRSECURITY | Allows data to be entered/changed on the Security tab of the address master data. |
---|---|
LBA_ZULASSUNGSNUMMER | Enables changing the number in the AWB agent (basic data). |
CANCHANGELBASTATUS | If this authorization is available, any security status can be set in the AWB, Security text field (eaairkopf_t.text_known_shp). Entries with SPX, SCO or SHR in the MC or in the long name are considered secure. |
CANCHANGELBATOUNSECURE | If this authorization exists, a security status NOT SECURED can be set in the AWB. Manual editing is possible and can be prevented by the DONOTEDITLBASTATUS authorization. If an SPX status is already set, another SPX status may be set. |
DONOTEDITLBASTATUS | This authorization restricts editing so that the Security text field (eaairkopf_t.text_known_shp) may generally not be edited manually. |
STARAKCD | Allows the access to the application SECURITY CHECK in the Airfreight module → Airfreight tab. The XML file is imported in the EU and the data can be searched. |

AUTOMATICALLY import data from the EU database into TMS
For each file, an additional line with the file name is written to the table and the validity date is set to the next day.
This validity date is used when checking the addresses in the order. This ensures that current data is always available in the TMS. This date can be set (when using the new web service) and can be pre-assigned with the current date.
This data can now also be automatically imported into TMS via a web service.
Data is then imported every 24 hours at a fixed and agreed time.
With each automatic import, all valid data is displayed in TMS Airfreight → Security check and the obsolete data is deleted. The data is completely replaced. Just as it was with the manual data import.
In the Environment menu EDI → EDI log, the transfers can be monitored and details of the imported data records can be viewed.
Preconditions
The prerequisite for using this function is registration with the EU Commission for the API.
After successful registration, the EU Commission issues a Consumer Key and a Consumer Secret. This data must be transmitted to CargoSoft to set up the interface.
The EDI partner CHECKRKD is required in the EDI partner. This is automatically created by CargoSoft when the interface is delivered.
The Qualifier tab of the EDI partner is used to set until when the imported data record is valid:
Qualifier: ADD_DAYS
Content: Number of days (0=today, 1=tomorrow, 2=the day after tomorrow, etc.)
The default value is 1
