Voraussetzungen in den Stammdaten
Für das Senden der notwendigen S10 Supplementary-Daten ist der Reeder/NVOCC/Spediteur zuständig, der die Daten filed.
Wie beim ACI (eHBL) sind Codes notwendig, die von der CBSA zur Verfügung gestellt und beantragt werden müssen.
Die Codes werden in CargoSoft Stammdaten hinterlegt.
Das Einrichten der Stammdaten ist identisch mit der ACI-Seefracht, die Sie unter ACI Seefracht einrichten finden.
Erklärung und Erfassung
Customs procedure
Das Zollverfahren FROB oder In Transit to US wird auf dem ACI-Reiter aus einem Dropdown-Menü ausgewählt.

26 → Für Waren, die in Canada an Bord des Seeschiffes verbleiben, zur Weiterfahrt in die USA.
2C → Für Waren, die in Kanada gelöscht werden und im Nachlauf durch den Reeder in die USA eingeführt
werden ( z.B. per Bahn).
Die Erfassung der Daten erfolgt wie bei der Übermittlung der eHBL Daten für Imported Waren (Customs Procedure 24) auch auf dem ACI-Reiter.
Gesendet wird vom ACI-Sammelreiter!
Abweichungen zum eHBL
Imported Waren
Im Vergleich zu eHBL Sendungen gibt es bei FROB oder in Transit Waren folgende Unterschiede zu bestimmten Feldern:
Previous CCN: Wird vorbelegt - ist für die Übertragung aber nicht relevant (notwendig bei eHBL).
ACI-Location Code: Muss nicht gefüllt werden (notwendig bei eHBL).

Preconditions in the basic data
The carrier/NVOCC/forwarder who filed the data is responsible for sending the necessary S10 Supplementary data.
As with the ACI (eHBL), codes are required which must be provided and applied for by the CBSA.
The codes are deposited in the CargoSoft basic data.
Setting the master data is identical to ACI Seafreight, which you can find in ACI Seafreight setup.

The Customs procedures FROB or In Transit to US will be selected from a dropdown menu in the ACI tab.

The data is entered on the ACI tab in the same way as for the transmission of eHBL data for imported goods (Customs Procedure 24).

Deviations to the eHBL
Imported goods
Compared to eHBL shipments, FROB or in transit goods have the following differences for certain fields:
Previous CCN: is pre-assigned - but is not relevant for the transfer (necessary for eHBL).
ACI location code: has not to be filled in (necessary for eHBL).
ACI warehouse location code: has not to be filled in(necessary for eHBL).
Note: The customs procedure 23 Transit to US Merchant Haulage is sent via the eHBL interface.
Compared to eHBL transmissions, NO close messages need to be sent for FROB/inTransit goods.

Warenbeschreibung erfassen
Damit die Daten aus der Wareneschreibung korrekt übertragen werden können, sind folgende Punkte zu beachten:
1. Ist ein Container als Verpackungscode in Ebene 1 hinterlegt, gilt diese als Containerzeile.
2. Ist in der darunter liegenden Kollizeile in Ebene 2 kein Container hinterlegt, gilt diese Zeile als Shipment-Zeile und beinhaltet die Anzahl, Verpackung, Inhalt und Gewicht der Sendung.
3. Wenn in der Kollizeile der Ebene 2 das Gewicht fehlt, wird das Gewicht aus der Containerzeile aus Ebene1 ermittelt und übertragenshipment in B2B-BL, it is mandatory to enter the container number so that the data record can be processed.

Enter goods description
The following items must be ensured so that the data from the goods description can be transferred correctly:
1. If a container is stored as a packaging code in level 1, this is regarded as a container line.
2. If no container is stored in the package line below in level 2, this line is considered the shipment line and contains the number, packaging, contents and weight of the consignment.
3. The weight from the container line from level 1 is determined and transferred if the weight is missing in the package line of level 2.

Sobald der kanadische Zoll den Datensatz geprüft und freigegeben hat, wird der Statuscode 1000 als Rückmeldung gesendet und ein grüner Haken wird auf dem ACI-Reiter für CA ACI OK gesetzt.
