This page contains the information that will be emailed to CargoSoft and/or your administrator in the event of an InBox crash report.
If you send the data to CargoSoft, a service desk ticket will be created from it immediately. In order for us to be able to help you faster and more specifically, the InBox already sends certain information to the ticket system.
By selecting the checkbox regarding static information, the following data will be sent:
- Screenshots of the application (this will automatically take screenshots of all open InBox windows).
- The complete log file since the start of the InBox (this can be viewed at any time by pressing the F12 key within the InBox)
- The version number of the InBox
- All environment variables of the computer - including information about the operating system, memory, computer, Java version and other technical data.
