Text modules for Reports
Standard texts can be deposited for the sections header, details and footer. These are used for the print.
Text modules can contain variables that are filled with content for the timeframe.
Create Statement
The local menu on the Statement tab enables printing multiple reports.
When opening the statement or a different report, you can alter several print options via a separate mask.
For example, you can change the language of the report, the form itself and text modules.
Create DunningLetter
The print of the dunning letter can be activated via the local menu.
After having printed the dunning letter, you need to decide whether the dunning level is to be raised or not.
The dunning levels decide on the severity of the dunning texts.
- The dunning level is raised when confirming with OK.
- The dunning level remains when selecting Cancel.
Create Open Items List
The print of the open items list can be activated via the context menu.
Depending on the selection of the personal accounts via the search mask, the list will contain the open items of one or more personal accounts:
