Settings for the use of the function (Truck manifest gateway function) and possible pre-assignments are recorded in the AIR parameter.

Gateways are set up in an extra table → pls see Consol tab in AIR Parameter.
To set up the gateway function in the Truck manifest, carry out this step first.
Enter the gateways you use (= Consol branches) in Gateways in COMPANY.


Warning

The entry in the gateways is generally dependent on the client!
If multiple clients have been configured, please make sure to use the correct client in the basic data before entering the gateways.

Configure gateways

After you have assigned an address to a gateway, this address is pre-assigned as delivery address when you create the truck manifest.

HAWB for gateway

The field HAWB for gateway can be turned into a required field (see below).

Upon order entry the user must decide whether or not this shipment is meant for the gateway.

This required field activation only affects HAWB files, not IATA AWBs.

Enable required fields setup for HAWB in truck manifest 

In Extras tab in REQUIRED FIELDS, activate the checkbox HAWB in truck manifest in the section Airfreight more.
