Settings for B/L-transmission in status events

Provider BL:

• PROV-OK - OK
• ERROR - Error
• ABRUF - Carrier Retrieval / Abruf

This controls the email responses, which apply to DAKOSY and INTTRA. 

These responses take the following functions into account:

• Info to user
  
• Mailing list
• Mail to resp. login
• Setting the status type in eastatus_t (Status tab in the order).
