Create new template
The local menu function Add line can be used to enter the client, the code Email template, the description and the language in the middle area of the menu.
The content is then entered in the text field at the bottom right.
The menu bar is used to insert free text, placeholders for fields from various TMS tables (firma_t, mitarb_t, niederl_t and if a file number is available, also eakopf_t), links and text modules.

With the functions in the formatting bar, the template can already be provided with the desired features in the master data.

In the menu bar above the free text field there is the function Link .
Here a link with a desired title can be deposited and inserted into the free text field with Save.
The title is then displayed in the text field as a hyperlink.
Function Fields
Selecting the button Fields opens a search window for all database fields in several tables.
- You can search for the field name of the table in the search field Field name.
- You can search for tables in the search field Table.
The search in the field Field name is not done as usual in CargoSoft via search parameters like * or ?
Here a term is entered without setting any parameters.
All database fields that contain this term at any position appear in the selection.

Edit text field using the formatting bar
The required text is entered in the text field.
Here you can additionally work with the placeholders in the text and mark the text in color, highlight it or underline it, for example.
The font, font size and color can be used in the text.
The placeholders can also be formatted using the formatting bar.
Include email template in a form
The HTML template can be included in a form.
The template content is immediately displayed in the text field in the eMail when the form is selected.
To do this, call up a form in which the template is to be used → Forms in Forms in ADMIN.
Either a text module or an HTML template is stored in the Email text module field.
You can identify the HTML template by the fact that the code starts with an @ sign.
Select the HTML button - there you will see the email templates.
Select a template and press the OK button.
