In the status system, you can set the status for the tours and the included shipments.


Overview of the Status administration

The status system program looks as follows:

The search area is located in the upper section, the display section below.

  • Searches can be saved for the search area. These are displayed in the local menu.
  • Darker lines display the tours.
  • The lighter lines are the legs belonging to the tours.

Most columns are self-explanatory, but there are also special contents.

The first column displays an icon depending on the status. Click on it to expand the tour.

Here you can view the already assigned status.

Status

Assign a status in the Status.

You can either enter the corresponding status manually or start a search.

Status Date/Time

Status date and Status time can be entered manually.

Status Attribute

Please enter an attribute in the Status attribute column in case of a negative status. This is also transferred to the QM card.

New leg

New leg is used to make available the leg, e.g. in case of a branched delivery.

QM Card

QM card is used to record a QM card.
The QM card can be opened via the local menu.

The status attribute and known data from the order are then accepted.

A QM card can only be recorded for status attributes.

The local menu offers the option to open the order (=SHPTP) or the customer order (=SHPT) for the selected file.

Set status

The matchcode for the status can be entered manually at any time, e.g. TOURABHL.

The status name is entered automatically.

Depending on the status, a green checkmark is set for a positive status and a red cross is set for a negative status in the corresponding column.  

You can start the search in the status field.
For this, use the F3 key or double click into the field.
A search mask opens.
Results matching the selecting line are immediately displayed.

In the upper section, you can expand the search using the arrow and possibly search for other status types.

Select the status and click on OK or double click the status.

You can now set the Status date and Status time.

Setting the status for the tour and for the legs is the same for both types.

The difference is that the date and time for the legs is pre-assigned with the current date and time from the tour.

Save the added status in the menu File → Save.

Status History

You can record any number for statuses for a tour or a shipment.

Additional statuses are entered in chronological order.

In the order file, you can view the status on the Info tab → Status system.

Remove / Change Status

In case of an incorrectly set status, you can edit or remove the entry only in the order itself on the Info tab → Status system. This requires a corresponding authorisation.

This is not possible in the status application itself.
