For each HBL that was sent, the CBSA returns a separate OK message - shown in the CA ACI OK field with a green tick.
The green tick in the DAKOSY OK field only indicates that the message was forwarded via the Dakosy server.
After all OK messages for all HBLs have arrived (green ticks in all CA ACI OK fields), the Close message for the consol is sent.
