After having entered all relevant data on this page and having saved, the booking number is assigned.

The Booking date is pre-assigned with the current date in the header data of the loading devices booking.

In the Tour filenumber field, you can search a tour or enter it manually.

If a tour is loaded, the data from the tour relevant for the booking are also pre-assigned.
This includes header data, the description of goods, and the booking sets for the individual shipments.

Please enter the address number into the Contractor field.
The address number can also be drawn from the tour.

The contractor is pre-assigned with the haulier.

In the field for the Exchange partner, the address number can be entered manually or drawn from the tour. 

It is always booked against the haulier in a booking.

The Driver can be manually entered or drawn from the tour.

The Truck plate no. can be entered manually or drawn from the tour.

Please enter the pallet note number or a different reference number into the Pallet note number field.

The Movement determines the direction of the pallet booking.

• An incoming movement always concerns me as the user of the application:
  → I receive pallets.
  

• An outgoing movement also concerns me as the user of the application:
  → I give pallets.

The field Quantity enables to enter the quantity of the loading devices.

The type of the loading devices can be determined in the dropdown field Loading devices.

Only loading devices with [activated] checkbox Exchangeable in the basic data ORDER → PACKAGING CODES are available.

Entry of the address number.

• This is a required field in case of an incoming movement.
  → The booking is done from the shipper to the haulier.
  

• In case of an outgoing movement, this field is displayed in grey.
  Here you can enter the original shipper. This is for information only. No booking is done from this address.

  → The booking is done from the haulier to the consignee.
  

• In case of an incoming movement, this field is displayed in grey.
  Here you can enter the original consignee. This is for information. No booking is done from this address.

A free text can be entered in the Comment field.

Here you can enter the amount of the quality of the pallets.

Defect pallets are not automatically subtracted from the quantity!

A correction booking should be created in this case.

By clicking on Retoure, the movement of the current booking line is reversed and copied into the next line.
Therefore, you can quickly record loading devices retours.

The shipper becomes the consignee and vice versa.

The quantity of the pallets is accepted. Please correct the quantity if necessary.
