Consol ZAPP references

Since the Z-/B-number is reported separately for coloads in the consol container by every consignor, all numbers that have arrived on this tab must be summarized and sent together for the full container.
After the OK from DAKOSY/ATLAS, you will receive a new Z-/S-/B-number for the consol container.

Handle consolidated containers

In order to receive consol Z-numbers, first create sub files by splitting an existing file.
Request the Z-numbers in these sub files.
After you have received the Z-numbers of all sub files, switch to the main file.
The main file combines all Z-numbers of the sub files to one request for one Z-number.

Example 1: Sub file with an LCL shipment

The following rules apply for the assignment of consol references (in descending priority):

Rule 1: If a Z-number is available in the consol, the consol will also receive a Z-number.
Rule 2: If the consol does not contain a Z-number but an S-number, the consol will receive an S-
number.
Rule 3: If neither rule 1 nor rule 2 apply, the consol will receive a B-number.

There are multiple ways to request a Z.number for the entire order (i.e. also multiple containers) for consol containers
Enter the container in the first level and the individual shipments in sub level(s), just like for the B/L transmission.
Then, fill the customs details on main or sub level.
You can enter customs details in the main level if you only have one AA in total.

Summarize Z numbers in the main file

After having switched to the main file and having opened the B-/Z-numbers tab in the Dakosy tab, the split sub files are automatically pre-assigned with the available Z-numbers.

This tab only refers to consol containers for which the Z-/B-numbers of the individual shipments have already been requested.

On the Consolidation tab you can request a new Z-/B-number for the consol container that will replace all previous Z-/B-numbers of the individual shipments.

→ DAKOSY either uses Z-/b-numbers or customs details per order. It is not possible to send both.

Foreign Z-numbers

In consol containers, the program automatically takes the Z-numbers of the individual shipments from the sub files that were split from the main file (Z-numbers that were requested in the sub files).

If you are loading shipments of other forwarders and you already have a Z-/B-number, you can manually add further Z-/ B-numbers.
If you receive a Z-number through a FOB forwarder or a Z-number that was not generated from a split file, add a new line on the B-/Z-numbers tab and manually enter the Z-number with the corresponding file.

RN 2023.2

If you act as NVOCC and load shipments of other forwarders, which already have a Z-number (foreign Z-number), these had to be entered manually in the main file until now.

Now the Z-numbers or the Customs status of the house files are automatically read in and assigned.

Consol Z-numbers

You can send Z-/B-/S-numbers via Dakosy tab → Forms → Overview.

For export declarations / dispatch declarations in electronic form, the packing company can already transmit the arrival message (GATE-In) via ZAPP AES to ATLAS AES, provided the company is approved as the pick up address.

If the individial shipment has received permission to exit (status released - RLS), the consol container must receive permission to exit as well.

If the consol Z-number contains individual S-numbers or individual B-numbers, the consol Z-number will be released at the earliest two hours after creation of the consol Z-number.
