Transmission entries and error messages (FNA) can be found in the Order tab → Champ → Log.

The Champ status tab (here: Champ or Traxon) may have a different name in your system, e.g. Status.

→ The name can be assigned in the AIR Parameter in AIRFREIGHT.

The Log tab

Contents

Basic data

Acknowledgment of AWB transmissions

Acknowledgment messages from the provider and the airline are displayed on the Log sub tab in the tab of your provider (here: Champ).

Responses on the Log tab are indicated by green checkmarks in the columns Provider OK and Carrier OK.

Champ sends responses following both MAWB and HAWB transmissions.

Errors - red symbol

Technical errors are indicated by a red symbol.

You will also receive a corresponding email.

Acknowledgment of MAWBs

Some airlines send error responses but do not acknowledge the reception of MAWBs.

Acknowledgment of HAWBs

Airlines currently do not acknowledge the reception of HAWBs.

Even without confirmation you can assume that everything is in order as long as you do not receive an error message after sending the HAWB.

Double Champ status messages

The multiple reading in of an identical status reply from CHAMP is now prevented.

Before processing the response in the database table eatraxonfsa_t (the history of the status), it is checked whether exactly the identical data record already exists (every field including the date and time must be exactly identical).

If the data record is 100% identical, the import of the response is cancelled. Thus, no functions of the status events are carried out (such as setting a status or sending mail).
