Sending and canceling ACI data and ACI amendments is done via the context menu Send ACI and Cancel ACI. 

Use the ACI Consolidation tab  since the relevant B/L data for the HBLs are also located there and sending the close message - recently required by Canadian Customs.

Send ACI from ACI Consolidation tab

The HAWB is sent from the ACI Consolidation tab.

  • The Carrier and Forwarder fields will be preassigned.

Go to the HAWB in the lower area.

There you will see

  • in B2B one HAWB is displayed,
  • in Consol several HAWBs are displayed.

In the context menu select the entry Send ACI for this position.

Send ACI for this file

Only for the respective position on which the cursor is located, the ACI data are sent.

Send ACI Amendment for this file

An ACI amendment is only sent for the respective position on which the cursor is located.

Cancel ACI for this file

Only for the respective position on which the cursor is located, the ACI data will be cancelled.

Send all files ACI 

ACI data is sent for all positions of the consol.

Send ACI Amendment for all files Amendments are sent for all positions of the consol.

Cancel all files ACI 

For all positions of the consol the ACI data will be cancelled.

Open file

The position where the cursor is located will be opened.

Match ACI data in consolidation files

The ACI data of the consol are entered in the individual files.


Sent OK for HAWB

The green check mark in

  • Provider OK - stands for the technical OK of the provider GeTS, which is forwarding this application.
  • CA ACI OK - stands for the OK of the Canadian Customs.

In context menu in section ACI Closing

Exclusively in the ACI Consolidation tab in the context menu is sent.

For the HAWB closing message in B2B, select the Send ACI Closing entry.

In the Back-to-Back there are separate status messages for the HAWB as well as for the Close message, which are shown in the column Reference number to distinguish them.

Set status 

In the master data, CargoSoft has stored behind the TECH_OK that the ACI registration has been completed. 

This means that the status ACI is automatically set in the Status tab in the order when the technical OK is reported back by the provider.

 


Use ACI in dashboard 

The dashboard can be used for ACI.

  • There are all fields from the ACI application in the search options and result.

From this, a custom ACI dashboard can be created if needed, or the desired fields can be incorporated into existing dashboards.

Also visible is the status of the application: A green check mark, for example, can display the ACI status - as mentioned above.
