Add filed in one column
To insert input fields in the Profiles tab in Reports, place the mouse below the required header and select the Add line entry in the context menu.
An input field or dropdown field is then inserted below this field.

Service type | In the service type section of this tab you can limit the reports for the Service tab (Prg ID 1=TP2) to one or more service types. Make one or more entries in the column Service type.
If you would like a report to be displayed in all service orders, select ALL/General. | |
Transport type | For reports that are used in the service order tab, the mode of transport can be display additionally. |

Profiles tab in Reports
Here you can set the mode, area, client, branch and service type for which a report is to be displayed.
For reports that are not generated through the FormGen you can record a universally valid client and branch.
To do so, enter XXX in both fields.
Reports without printersettings can be printed anywhere.
Reports of Service orders
Reports for service orders have the entry TP2 in the Prg ID 1 field.
