It is possible to search specifically for items with existing or missing order statuses in the dashboard. To do this, the dashboard must be modified using the status traffic light in the status types. |

Basic data
A column can be created in the result display for each status that was recorded in the master data.
There, an existing status (=Y) is shown with a green tick and a missing status (=N) is shown with an X.
Depending on the meaning of the status, an existing status can also be displayed with a warning triangle or a red X in contrast to the green tick.
This is controlled in ADMIN → STATUS TYPES → STATUS TYPES with the status traffic light:

ATTENTION: Changes in ADMIN → STATUS TYPES in the Status traffic light apply the following measures in the dashboard display:
Change client, then select and confirm the burger menu directly under the Dashboard or tab heading
Change client, then select Show saved search settings and select the appropriate search setting.
The statuses can also be included in the search.
The status field names always begin with a + sign.
One or more statuses can be searched for.
In the drop-down menu of the status search fields you can set whether you are looking for an existing or missing status.
In addition, an OR function was stored (options or N and or J).
This makes it possible to run a chain of status searches that are not mutually exclusive.

If the search is now carried out, all positions are listed in the result display for which one or more of the statuses searched for are missing.
