Update consolidation
The consol can be updated with this function, in case that data in HAWBs changed.
If the function is used, all information from all consolidated HAWBs is updated in the consol.
The function is always valid for all HAWBs. You do not need to activate the HAWB checkboxes.Â
Remove HAWBs from the consol
HAWBs that were added to the consol can be removed, if necessary.
To do so, activate the checkbox of the HAWB.
Open the context menu and select Remove HAWBs.
The HAWB will once again become available for other consols or back-to-backs.
The MAWB number on the AWB Main tab of the HAWB is deleted.

Please check the rates on the Goods description tab and the other charges on the Other Charges tab.
Open the F6 menu to update the AWB and manifests!
Update HAWBs during consolidation
Click Update HAWBs to write the destination flight number and the flight date of the consol into the HAWBs. The same happens automatically during consolidation.Â
The destination airport is not affected.
Depending on the entry in basic data AIRFREIGHT → AIR PARAMETER, the HAWBs are updated either automatically, manually or after a query.
The update will be performed after the transfer of HAWBs into the consol.
You can perform the update again by using the context menu command.
Activate the checkboxes of the HAWBs that you would like to update.
Update routing in HAWBsÂ
Apply routing from consol to selected HAWBsÂ
If this function is selected, the entire routing from the CONSOL is adopted 1:1 in the HAWB.
Update routing data in House files and confirm departureÂ
If this function is selected, the entire routing from CONSOL is entered in the HAWB.

When calling up the function Update routing data in house files and confirm departure when using the ZAPP Air module, a dialog window opens for entering the actual departure date.

Security status of the HAWB in the consol:
These entries only apply to HAWB in the CONSOL:
These code entries only apply to the HAWB in the consol.
They are recorded in ADMIN → CS ADMIN → CS CODES with type = SPC.
The code will be accepted for all HAWBs you have selected and displayed in the SPX status field.
If you select a security status with a placeholder, e.g. #A8, the validation number will be read from address 8 of the consol file.
You are thus able to assign a different security status to the HAWB in the consol.
Attention: The status of the HAWB is only changed for the consol. The status in the HAWB itself is not affected.
The security status of the HAWB for the Consol (column SPX status) is printed in the manifests.
Select the function Reset to status HAWB to clear the field SPX Status.
If all HAWBs are secure, CargoSoft automatically changes the status of the consol to secure.
The security status of the consol can be found in the field Security text on the AWB Main tab.
Set SCI status in the consol
A default value for the SCI field can be set in the AIR parameters.
The SCI field is always updated upon consolidation = selection of HAWBs.
Regardless of the default setting, the SCI status of the Consol must be reset when adding the HAWBs (Select HAWBs):
 | If... | then... |
---|---|---|
1 | If no SCI status is set in one House = empty, | the default value is preset according to the AIR parameters → value or empty. |
2 | If only one House level status is available (e.g. in B2B shipments), | the Customs status on Master level is set equal to the status of the House. |
3 | If a status on House level is NOT T1, TD or TF,
| the countries from departure airport and main destination must be checked for EU or third country (field land_tab.customsstatus=EU).
|
4 | If a status at the House level is T1 (and the other TD or TF), | T1 must be set in the Consol. |
5 | If a House level status is TD (and the other ones are TF), | TD must be set in the Consol. |
