Basic data settings

Manifest details (FHL) are transmitted along with the AWB if

• the checkbox FHL is activated in basic data AIRFREIGHT → CARRIER.
  This controls whether the carrier takes part in the AMS procedure. 

• the checkbox FHL is activated in basic data AIRFREIGHT → AIRPORTS.
  This specifies the destinations for which the manifest details need to be sent. 
  Champ automatically selects the correct manfiests that are transmitted to the airlines.
  These details are required for shipments directly to and via the USA →  this checkbox is activated for ALL airports.

FHL messages for India shipments

In all Indian airports, PIMA address = REUCTM82INCUS2 must be entered in the field Send additional FHL message to.
