Assign reservation number

By filling out all mandatory fields and changing tabs, the program assigns the reservation number consecutively according to the number range.

Convert reservation to file

  • When converting to a correct file, the data already recorded is taken over.

  • The reservation remains like a file. It can be opened at any time to make changes.

From the menu bar, choose File → Open.

In the Open file window, enter the reservation number in the file number field.

  • If the number is still in the drop-down list or in the lower area, a single left click on the number is sufficient.

  • If not, enter the number manually or click Search to retrieve the reservation from the search.

Click the Conversion button.

Choose AWB type

In Import there is the option to generate a House AWB from a Reservation.
