Consol tab - context menu Select HAWBs auswählen

Search field Master AWB automatically preset

The MAWB number of the Consol is automatically filled in the search area.

All HAWBs with the same MAWB number are automatically listed.

Accept HAWBs for consol

The files to be accepted for the consol are selected by marking the checkbox in front of the line.

Via the context menu all files can be marked.

By confirming the OK button, the HAWBs are transferred to the Consol.

Total collect in file no. AIICA23040015 in the Header data tab:

The selected HAWBs are listed on the Consol tab with the respective data

• Pieces

• Weight

• CWT

• cbm and

• Total (Total collect charges according to the Header data tab).

The chargeable weight is recalculated for the Consol. This is displayed in the column CWeight Consol.

Dimensions sub tab

On the Consol → Dimensions sub-tab, the HAWBs are displayed with all dimensions/cbm.

No volume entered

If a HAWB is taken over in which no volume (dimensions or cbm) has been entered, the following note appears when taking over:

Add data - Open file

To add missing volume, for example, select the context menu entry Open file.

Delete HAWB from consol 

You can also remove HAWBs from the Consol file via the context menu item Delete line.
