• SMAWB

Send SMAWB 

This Consol contains the company's own HAWBs.

However, the Consol (SMAWB) is not handed over to an airline, but to a partner forwarder Coloader - for the purpose of additional loading.
The HAWBs must be registered in the same way as a Consol.

The partner registers the SMAWB as HBL in his Consol. 

The Previous CCN must be posted and registered by the partner.

Fields for the declaration in AWB Consolidation tab

The Primary CCN is the MAWB number of the co-loader. You can obtain this number from your coloader.

The Previous CCN is the HAWB-CCN of the coloader. Please ask for it to declare the shipment.

If these fields are preassigned from the order, they must be overwritten in the ACI Consolidation tab.

Receive SMAWB 

This consol contains HAWBs of the accompanying partner forwarder. His consol is our HBL which we load into our consol.

• The registration of the HAWBs in the SMAWB must be done by the partner!

• Registration of the SMAWB as HBL with indicator 'is consolidated' in our Consol.  

The partner must register eManifest for its HAWBs!

For this, your HBL CCN must be given to the partner forwarder so that he can register it as a Previous CCN!

In the ACI tab of the SMAWB, the Is consolidated indicator must be enabled.
