EAP / EAW

For the eFreight Codes EAP and EAW, different footer texts or a different number of AWBs to be printed can be stored.

  • If one of the eFreight codes EAP or EAW is entered on the AWB Main tab, the settings for AWB printing of EAP/EAW are read with priority over the actual AWB types.

  • If there are no entries in the AWB texts for the eFreight codes, no physical print is generated by printing the AWB in the F6 menu, but the AWB is saved in the e-file (if stored in the form).

When filing in the e-file, the settings are observed according to AWB type and form.

MAIL

Refers to the AWB email dispatch and is observed if the Crystal Report AWB is used.

With this checkbox you can select which prints will be attached to the email.

In addition to the Mail checkbox, the AWB type must always be defined here.
Without specifying an AWB type, no mail would be processed.

This checkbox is activated by default for all recorded AWB texts.

This is also valid when you add new AWB texts.

The checkmark must be removed manually for all documents that you would not like to send via email.

NOTE

  • An original AWB always includes the back of the AWB (AWB conditions), the PDF thus contains 2 pages.

  • A copy AWB only consists of the copy page - without AWB conditions.
