If this address is used in an order, EORI no. and branch no. are pre-assigned.

Customs require a branch no. for the EORI no.; customs usually assign '0000'.
These numbers are also pre-assigned by CargoSoft.
The customs number 1234567 becomes EORI no. DE1234567.
The EORI no. can have a maximum of 17 characters!

Automatic invoice: Charge overdraft fee

When using the CargoCom module for the automatic print of outgoing invoices, the overdraft fee is automatically added to the receivable for import taxes.

This field is in no way connected to the ATLAS application. Customers using the Compliance check in CargoSoft can see the  Trefferwahrscheinlichkeit.

The checkmark is set automatically on exceedance of the threshold value.
The address can no longer be used in the order and in Atlas if the checkmark is set manually.

AEO certified

The AEO certificate number is entered in the customs request upon entry of the following document types:

Y022 = Versender/Ausführer
Y024 = Anmelder
Y025 = Vertreter

In the NCTS transit procedure, no certificate number is preassigned for document Y024, since there is no unique assignment.
