ATTENTION
Changes in the Status traffic light apply the following measures in the dashboard display:

  • Change client, then select and confirm the burger menu directly under the Dashboard or tab heading.

  • Change client, then select Show saved search settings and select the appropriate search setting.

Dashboard status settings 

It is possible to search specifically for files with existing or missing order statuses in the dashboard.

This is controlled in ADMIN → STATUS TYPES → STATUS TYPES with the status traffic light:

RO

(Red)

Red X

  • A status that is not set when the status traffic light is orange and red is displayed with a black line.

GE

(Yellow)

Orange warning triangle

 

GR

(Green)

Green tick (Default)

 

  • A status that is not set when the status light is green is displayed with a black X.
