A log about the export is also available.
Close the Export CSV tab if the export was successful.

Edit the csv. file

The csv. file can now be found and opened in the target folder.

We recommend to convert the csv. file into an Excel file to edit.

ATTENTION: The column layout must NOT be changed. Otherwise the data import will no longer be
possible.

ATTENTION: Please format the column CLIENT as text in Excel since it may occur that the leading zero
is not saved during the conversion.
To verify that the column CLIENT contains a 3-digit value, open the csv. file with the
editor.

→ After editing, convert the Excel back into a csv. file.

Import

The import of the data takes place in the corresponding master data menu.

Open the respective basic data menu and select the local menu item Import.

The Import CSV tab opens:

If you have activated the checkbox Show column names in the first row for the export, it must be activated again for the import.

Select the source folder the csv. file is stored in.

Click Execude to start the import.

The log shows how many datasets have been loaded and whether the file contains erroneous datasets.
Errors are logged per line.

Close the Import CSV tab if the import was successful.
