Info to user

In the status events you can determine whether the user ought to receive an email about the status.

If this checkbox is activated, the email is sent to the user entered in the Portbase request on the Shipment tab in the field Status messages to.

To avoid having to make an entry in each individual port base order, the e-mail address to which an e-mail is automatically sent when the status message arrives can be entered in the mailing list for info field in the status events.

Mailing list for info

You can also enter a mailing list.

  • If a field is marked with an 'N', this is the standard delivery version - no e-mail is generated.

  • If you enter one or more e-mail addresses (separated by semicolons) in the desired status, these recipients will receive an e-mail when the selected action occurs.

Responses

As soon as responses from Portbase have arrived, the statuses are entered in the order and corresponding emails are sent (provided that this function is active).

The CargoSoft installation contains all status codes for the use of Portbase by default.
The only columns that need to be configured per status are Info to user and Mailing list.
