Determine accruals (Seafreight)

This is a special function in the TMS Invoicing that is combined to the topic ECM in the TMS.

Information about seafreight accruals can be found in the Invoicing section in Accruals → Determine accruals via ECM.

In TMS use the local menu in the Account sheet tab in the order → Create accruals tab → entry Determine accruals.

Airfreight Truckmanifest

Topic Truckmanifest: Determine accruals can be found in the Airfreight section in truckmanifest.

In TMS use the Airfreight module and the Truck manifest icon in the Airfreight menu.

Airfreight Rate calculation

Information about Rate determination via ECM (Integration into Airfreight module) can be found in the Airfreight section in Rates in the Airfreight menu.#

Basic data ORDER

The subject of Selling products (ECM selling service) is located in the Basic data in the ORDER menu.

ECM display

ECM can be accessed via the ECM button in the Environment menu, provided that the basic data settings have been made accordingly.

If you would like to use the EnterpriseConditionManagement-System, open the basic data COMPANY→ GENERAL COMPANY PARAMETER → SPECIALS and configure the access to ECM from the Environment menu.
→ In the Quotations section, activate the checkbox Use ECM.
