Order structure
The order structure shown below appears as soon as you have assigned files to the e-mail.
The first folder is always the file number of the relevant order.
The order folders contain all corresponding e-mail addresses and forms that have already been printed (sorted by type).
The eFile has its own folder in which you can select further contents for the email.
Open a folder by clicking on the + icon.
Close a folder by clicking on the - icon.
You can alternatively open the context menu at any place in the Forms tab in order to expand or collapse all folders.
The tab only displays the files that have been generated in the order.
This may include a B/L that was opened and possibly printed in the order.Forms that were not generated will not be displayed.
Forms that were not generated or printed in the order, which are thus not displayed on the Forms tab, cannot subsequently be attached to the e-mail.
Drag and drop forms into the e-mail
Select the forms you would like to attach to the e-mail and drag and drop them into the attachment field.

E-mail addresses can be moved to the recipient lines via drag & drop.
