Open

Open the print preview

Select the form you would like to print or email.
Click File → PrintDrucken im TMSto open the form in the print preview.

Addresses sub tab

This tab contains fields for the entry of addresses for the selected forms.

Context menu item Select addresses

The system loads the form addresses from the order addresses.

Context menu item Delete form

The command Delete form is located in the context menu.

Checkbox Entry the address partner data

If you activate the checkbox, the contact data of the address (recorded in the basic data) either appear or can be entered manually.

Open

If you remove the checkmark from Enter the address partner data the main mask reappears.
Here you can manually enter and search for address details via the search function.

Text sub tab

If the standard form contains a text by default, this text is displayed on the Text sub tab.
You can edit, delete or add to the text.

If the field is empty, you can manually enter text.
