Print forms

The Forms tab is used for the form print.

This tab works just like the one in the order.

Click on the column header Select to activate all available documents (checkboxes) for printing. Alternatively, select the context menu item Select all.

Basic data REPORTS controls the availability of reports.

If the checkbox Create waybill/Close tour only when file is calculated located in basic data COMPANY → GENERAL COMPANY PARAMETER → ORDER DATA 2 is activated, the system checks whether the file contains a status with filling rule 31 - Calculate order before printing/sending. A warning is issued if this status does not exist.

E-mail from service order

Select a report on the Forms tab and select the environment menu item File → Send toe-mail.

→ The form is then transferred to the e-mail modul.

When sending e-mails from a service order, e-mail addresses are offered in the field TO as follows:

  • All e-mail addresses from the addresses of the service order and the container addresses of the service order of the respective reference number

  • E-mail addresses from the order addresses, from the container addresses of the order as well as manually entered e-mail addresses (field _email).
