Send button

After you have edited the E-mail, send it by clicking the Send button.

Open

If it is not possible to send Emails via SMTP, you receive an error message with a corresponding error code.

Email reports and forms from the Forms tab

Within an order, you have the option to send one or more forms via Email.

Select the relevant forms on the Forms tab by activating the checkboxes.

Open

Select the menu item File → Send to → Email or click on the Email icon in the quick launch bar to open the e-mail mask and generate attachments. The Email subject is automatically pre-assigned with the file number.

Send eFile via Outlook

• This chapter is addressed to customers who use Outlook instead of the CargoSoft Email module.

This requires the entry OUTLOOK2 in the basic data. In the order, click the button Outlook in the eFile to add this document as attachment in Outlook.

Outlook opens, attachment and subject line are pre-assigned.

Receiving Email sent by CargoSoft

Log file

A log file is created for each e-mail sent from the TMS and stored in the %TEMP% folder as CSMail_log.txt.
