This section displays responses from external systems such as ATLAS, BHT, DAKOSY, ZAPP-Air, port links, but also internal information addressed to the responsible employee, etc.

Refresh messages

You can refresh your messages (check for new messages) by clicking the Refresh icon or by setting a time interval in the basic data at ADMIN → EMPLOYEES → OPTIONS or in the order at Extras → Options → Display tab. 

We recommend a setting of 200 seconds or more.

 

 

Open file

You can also open the file in the message via double click.

Multiple functions can be combined into one step. 
Press Ctrl or Shift and select multiple messages before clicking the relevant function, e.g. Open file.

Display the messages grouped by sender, e.g. ATLAS

 

Delete the selected message

 

Print message

If you have entered an e-mail address in the employee basic data AND activated the checkbox Send internal mails to email system in Extras → Options →  Link tab, the system sends an e-mail in addition to the message.

Redirect emails

A valid login in the field Redirect email to will also receive a message → e-mails are NOT redirected.

Dakosy

The message is sent to the user who created the port document (table eahfdak_t).

The email address must be entered in the Employee basic data and the checkbox Send internal mails to email system must be activated.

Customs stop

Sent to the email address entered in the Dakosy basic data.

BHT

BHT responses are sent to the user who entered the order header, regardless of order and response type.
Einen Verteiler wie bei DAKOSY Zollstopps und Monituren gibt es nicht.

Batch invoicing cancellation

  1. Sent to the user who created the voucher (eafako_t.fk_mitarb_login).

2.- 4. Sent to the three logins that are entered in the Invoicing basic data for error notification.

The e-mail address must be entered in the Employee basic data and the checkbox Send internal mails to email system must be activated.

 

Champ

The message is sent to the employee who sent either the AWB or the eBooking to the airline.

If neither applies, the message is sent to the user who last opened the file.

This user is displayed on the Info tab (Last change)

Basic data/status management

Displays all statuses made available by CHAMP (Traxon). (Not all airlines deliver all statuses).
Per status, you can determine

  • whether a field in the order is to be filled upon response (filling rule).

  • whether an internal e-mail is to be sent to the employee.

Gateway branch

The message is sent to the responsible employee if the Gateway has changed the dimensions in a SaCo of one of its shipments.

Another message is setn to the responsible employee if the House B/L in a consol container has been updated.
