File box

The sidebar displays all files of the user (login) that have been created or edited within the last 10 days → File box.

The file box contains a field to search and open a file. Here you can enter a file number or, provided that this function has been activated in the General Company Parameter, a B/L or AWB number.

If an invalid or incomplete file number is entered in the sidebar, the warning that the file could not be found only appears when the field is exited using the Tab or Enter key.

If the focus remains in the field, it is possible to perform another function, such as the dashboard search, without a warning message appearing.

Expand sidebar

Move the right edge of the sidebar to the right to see more details about the files. Scroll right to see information about shipper and consignee.

Move columns

Columns such as Order date can be moved to a different location. Click on the relevant column and move it to another location.

Functions of the file box

The file box displays the files that have been opened within the last 10 days.
Double click on a file to open the order.
You can open multiple files at once.
Use your cursor to move the sidebar.
Double click on the bar to move it back to its original location.

GLA box

Displays the GLA files of the user (login) → GLA-Box.

The GLA box is only displayed in the sidebar if the corresponding checkbox in basic data GENERAL COMPANY PARAMETER → Order Data 2 is activated.

Hide and show items and expand/reduce the bar

You can hide and show the items in the sidebar. Click the black arrow in the bottom right corner to open a selection of options.

If you click on Hide all items, the sidebar will only displays the icons in the bar. The tooltipp shows their meanings.

Click and move the dots to expand or reduce the lower section.

Press and hold the right edge of the sidebar until the double arrow ↔ appears and expand or reduce the sidebar to meet your requirements.

Pin the sidebar

	When opened, the sidebar can be unpinned with a click on the pin icon. The sidebar closes, only a narrow column on the left side remains. When moving the mouse over the word Sidebar (Mouseover), the sidebar opens temporarily and you can open files, etc. The sidebar closes automatically as soon as the cursor is moved back to the order. Click on the pin icon to pin the sidebar and open it permanently.
