Insert link in basic data

The link is inserted into the Email via an HTML text module.

 Instructions for creating HTML text modules can be found in Email templates in ADMIN.

Example

Here is an example link for GLA-eTracking → Open tracking of a position: https://scm.cargosoft.de/firmamustermann/tracking.jsf?q={eTrackingSecret}

This is made up as follows:

  1. https://scm.cargosoft.de/firmamustermann/ = Link  to the home page of the  GLA-eTracking

  2. jsf?q = The tracking should be opened

  3. {eTrackingSecret} = This placeholder is used to supply the position data for a specific shipment so that the GLA-eTracking calls up the desired tracking data directly.

ATTENTION: A connection to the GLA-eTracking is mandatory for the e-mail sender in order to be able to use this function.
