Upon creation of the form in the form generator, you can determine the

  • Modules

  • Order sector

  • Clients and

  • Branches for which the form will be visible and available to use.

Overview of forms

The main tab lists all available forms:

These symbols indicate the availability of the form.

A green checkmark indicates that the form in the order is filled with form addresses, text blocks and document distribution.

To see which forms are not available on your sever, click the context menu item Check form files to display all available forms.

Forms that are not available are indicated by a yellow warning triangle.

If you try to print an unavailable document before the check, the print is not carried out and the yellow triangle appears. The Select field shows the status Failed instead of OK.

Sorting

Click on the column header to sort the entries alphabetically or chronologically (depending on the column) in ascending or descending order.

Form

This column displays the form code from the form generator.

This code may consist of a maximum of 8 characters.

Description

The detailed description of the form that was entered in the form generator.

Form type

Sector that was assigned in the form generator.

Form date

As soon as the form was printed or displayed in the print preview, this column shows the date (after change of tabs).

Select

To print multiple forms at once, activate multiple checkboxes.

OK indicates a correct print; Failed indicates an unsuccessful print.

It suffices to select a line to print the corresponding form only.
Activating the checkbox is not necessary in this case.

Type

This column displays the form type.

This symbol indicates a Crystal Reports form.

Sorting

Click on a header to sort the corresponding column alphabetically in ascending or descending order.

Print forms and reports

In the modules Seafreight, Airfreight and Road, forms and reports can be printed with the buttons Print preview and Instant printing.

The AWB print airfreight is described separately.

The field Print amount in the form generator is relevant for the form print in the order.

The number of prints per form is located on the Addresses and Address partner sub tab and is pre-assigned with data from the FormGen.
