Search mask
You can customize and save your individualized search mask by means of the context menu.
You can add or remore search fields and edit existing search settings.
Click the Plus symbol in the upper left corner to add additional search fields.
Search result
The search result displays all file numbers that match the search criteria.
If you would like to add statuses on shipment level to the display of containers, activate the checkbox Shipment status on container level in the search mask.
Statuses on shipment level are displayed first. Statuses on container level are displayed below.
Click the (Plus) at the beginning of the line to open the details of the container. This will reveal a display of all statuses per container sorted by status date (actual date) in descending order.
The result columns are fixed and cannot be modified.

(Status light) | The status light shows a green, yellow or red light. |
Status | Status code, e.g. 001 (Order created) |
Description | Description of the status from the status types → Status types in Status types in ADMIN. |
