When these departures are accepted in the order, an update against the sailing lists takes place.

Terminals with address entry

When copying a vessel from your own sailing list, the address of the packing shed is to be copied to the order as well.
The classifications can be recorded in the basic data.

The address is entered at the terminal.

Using own sailing list in the order

If you have created your own sailing list in the basic data, you can access it in orders with NO PORT LINK.

The search in one of the vessel departure fields, e.g. vessel name, accesses the own sailing list.

You can access the sailing list via the context menu item Own sailing list.

Data transmission with update from BHT and DAKOSY sailing list

When copying a vessel from the own sailing list into the order, the system checks whether the details have changed in the BHT or DAKOSY sailing list.

If so, the current data will be copied from the BHT or DAKOSY sailing list.

The data re only updated if the corresponding connection has been established in the Stammdaten.
The system uses the following entries from the own sailing list to determine the correct vessel for the udpate:

For DAKOSY: Departure number from the Ports of discharge tab or, if not available → SIS from the header data PLUS the field Port of discharge.
For BHT:        Departure number from the Ports of discharge tab or, if not available → SIS from the header data.
(Please note: In the BHT sailing list, the port of discharge is connected to the vessel numer.)

  • If the system does not find departures matching these entries, the update will not be performed.

  • If the system does find departures, the following fields are updated:

    • Vessel name

    • Departure date

    • Arrival date

    • Call sign

    • Voyage number
