Display of a compliance hit for an order address

The following message appears if an address is classified as suspicious when being transferred from the CargoSoft address basic data into the order:

Ignore the compliance message

You can click the button Ignore in the compliance message.

A mask to enter the login and password opens. Only users authorized to ignore this message will be able to confirm with OK.

Login and password entry WITHOUT authorization

The following message appears if the user who entered login and password and confirms with OK is NOT authorized to ignore the compliance message:

Entry of login and password WITH authorization

If the user has the authorization TERFREIG, the address will be released for the order.

SYS Log entry about the release of the address for the order

The system makes an entry on the Information tab → sub tab SYS Log in the order about which employee has released this address and when this release was performed.
