This feature generates a .psr print file that can be sent via email.

This file can be read from other systems, which enables the AWB print on these systems (e.g. CargoOnline).

The following basic data settings are necessary to be able to use this interface.

Installation

The following files must be deposited in the CargoSoft home directory (HomeDir) in order that this function can be used:  prsout105.exe and prsout105.pbd.

Powerbuilder runtime 10.5 must be available as well.

Activate the function AWB external sending/receiving in the CargoSoft basic data at AIRFREIGHT → AIR PARAMETER → General tab:


Send AWB

The AWB can be sent via the /wiki/spaces/ONLINEDOKENTMSAIR/pages/30688300 in Airfreight Export files.   .

Activate Send AWB .psr print file by email and confirm with OK.

The CargoSoft email mask opens with the attachment for the print file to be sent.
