The mode decides the type of generated e-mail.
You can work with text modules or HTML templates in the e-mail.

You can click the Text module button to add one or more text blocks to the e-mail text.

Select mode TEXT

If the TEXT entry is selected in the Mode field, the search for text modules from the master data appears in the Text modules menu selection. 

Otherwise, the text mode contains only plain text in the e-mail.

There is no possibility to format the text in any way.

Images cannot be used.

Search opens depending on button text module

Up to now, a text module could be transferred to the e-mail text via the Text modules button. 

Now the search window will be opened depending on the mode:

  • Mode HTML - search window for new email templates

  • Mode Text - Text modules search window



Button Text module in the E-mail

The same search window opens in the e-mail in the order if the button Text module was selected.

→ To copy several text blocks from the search result at the same time, hold down the CTRL key.
