In the following sub items the basic data and the system configuration of the eForwarding are explained.
ADMINISTRATION → PROJECT
A project with the relation = Forwarder has to be created in Administration → Project.

Owner Company
The company of the system owner has to be chosen by dropdown menu.
Project
A project has to be chosen.
New user roles
Roles/Access rights for users created in eForwarding.
Used mots
Used modes of transport; display according to the listed order.
Input free text in small letters. Possible values: air, sea, road, rail, barge, kep.
Application name
Display name in title bar in the browser.
Application URL
URL of the eForwarding System.
Home URL
The customer can enter his own URL here:
With clicking on the home button the entered website is opened.
If no URL is entered, the eForwarding home page is opened when clicking on the home button.
Use external document system
Connection to an external document system, e.g. eFile.
Consultant email
Contact details of the consultant. (For rate inquiries for which there is no offer in the system).
→ Separate several addresses with a comma.
Support email
Contact details for support inquiries (Box support, contact form button).

Enabled checkbox = allows the booking of shipments.
Automatic booking
Enabled checkbox = a shipment is automatically created in eBooking.
Save addresses
Enabled checkbox = created addresses in eForwarding are automatically saved in ECM as addresses.
Create companies
Enabled checkbox = created addresses in eForwarding are automatically saved in ECM as companies.
Automatic export
Enabled checkbox = the booked shipment is automatically transferred to CargoSoft TMS.
Booking receipt layout
Selection of the layout of the booking confirmation.
Booking receipt layout for system owner
Separate layout of the booking confirmation for the system owner.
Booking receipt email to system owner
If eForwarding stand alone is used, an email address can be entered here. The system owner then gets a booking confirmation by email to the entered email address.
Enabled checkbox = no rate searches are allowed without login.
Show rate details
Generates the button Rate details on which the rate details can be displayed
Show rate remarks
Enabled checkbox = the rate remarks are shown.
These remarks are displayed with (*) in the rate overview.
Include depot costs
With activating this field the parameterinclude empty out/in is setted, if
the origin/destination location is a City/District/Postalcode,
the search includes pre-/oncarriage and
the equipment is FCL.
Furthermore the search logic in ECM was extended:
If the search is based on Include empty out/in, then the precarriage has to contain a depot surcharge (= a rate line exists, in which a depot is defined as a condition).
Rate lines without this condition are filtered out, when searching based on Include empty out/in.
Date format
Available are the formats dd.MM.yyyy and MM/dd/yyyy.
The default format is dd.MM.yyyy.
Rate valid time in days
Numeric field.
It is displayed as validity date for the searched rates, but only if the contract rates do not contain a validity date.

Enabled checkbox = light font (as per chosen color scheme).
Use secondary backdround color
