After you have closed a file and once you attempt to reopen it, CargoSoft will indicate that this file has been closed and is display mode only.

Only a user with the required authorization is able to reopen the file.

  • Open the file and select the Account sheet tab.
  • Select the local menu item Open file.
    This menu item cannot be selected if the user does not have the authorization to open closed files.
  • A security query appears: Reopen the file?
    • YES: Open the file.
    • NO: The file remains closed and in display mode.
