Departure

The Departurefield is pre-assigned with [FRA] by default.

This entry must correspond to the Base Departure in the header data of your AIR Parameter in AIRFREIGHT!

AWB Layout

Assign an AWB layout to the airline.

Z-Code

The Z code (ZAPP-Air participant) can be entered.

Carrier

Since the carriers apply to the entire client, the address is usually the headquarters of the airline.

CWT factor

In the field CWT factor you can deposit an alternative volume ratio - 6,0 by default.

Altern. address for airfreight accruals (CASS)

You can enter an alternative address for CASS/accruals per carrier.

This address will be pre-assigned as the creditor for accruals via the F6 menu.

Format AWB transmission

Select the format for the eAWB transmission in the field Format AWB transmission. The entries available for selection are FWB16 and FWB17.

→ If no entry has been made in the carrier, format FWB16 is transmitted by default.

→ If format FWB17 has been selected in the carrier but FWB16 in the addresses (instead of the alternative layout for FWB17), FWB16 is transmitted.

→ If neither one of the alternative address layouts FWB16/FWB17 has been selected, the address is transmitted according to settings in the address basic data.

  • Controls the automatic transmission.

With every print of the AWB via the F6 menu, the system automatically activates the checkbox Send AWB to Traxon (Airline).

  • Activates the entry Send AWB to CHAMP (Airline) in the F6 menu.

  • The AWBs are sent to the airlines in all master files (B2B Master, IATA AWB and Consol files).

FHL

FHL messages for USA shipments

Manifest data are transmitted when sending the AWB if:

  • the checkbox FHL is activated.
    This determines whether the carrier takes part in the AMS procedure.

  • the checkbox FHL is activated in basic data AIRFREIGHT→ AIRPORTS.
    This determines in case of which destinations the manifest data are to be sent.

CHAMP selects the correct manifests that are sent to the airlines.
The system requires data for shipment to and via the USA. This checkbox is activated for ALL airports.

FHL messages for India shipments

All Indian airports require the entry of the PIMA address = REUCTM82INCUS2 in the field Send additional FHL message to.

  • Please see the PDF file (available from CHAMP) for information about which airline is connected and which transmission type is supported.

  • If you have selected the provider Descartes for the communicaton platform, please activate the checkbox Airline connection with Descartes.
