Â
Once it is closed, newly sent AWBs are returned with an error message (FNA message).
INFO: Error messages can be found on the Champ tab → Log.
Â
Open the CargoSoft F6 menu.Â
(The F6 menu also shows number of performed transmissions.)
Activate the checkbox Send AWB to airline → a preview with an overview of all data that will be sent to CHAMP opens.Â
Click Send to transmit the AWB to CHAMP.Â
If you would like to modify the data, click Cancel to cancel the AWB transmission.Â
Activating the checkbox Print AWB may automatically activate Send AWB to airline as well (basic data preallocation).
NOTE: The FHL messages (HAWBs) are also transmitted to Champ. From there, they are forwarded to the airline for the customs declaration depending on the shipment routing.
The first status message - if supported by the airline -Â is the arrival of the goods at the airport.
You may not receive a status if the data transmission was incorrect.
Airlines often rarely support error messages.
