The truck manifest data are visible in HAWB and IATA files only upon activating the function.

A prefix can be entered for the truck manifest number, e.g. BRE for Bremen - a number range recorded in ADMIN → NUMBER RANGES is assigned.

This generates the manifest consecutive number.

Preallocation in the order whether/to which Gateway the file is to be loaded.

This is a preallocation set when a HAWB file is created (no preallocation for IATA AWBs).

Pre-assigns a standard address (trucker) for the truck manifest.

Pre-assigns a standard address (delivery address) for the truck manifest.

This address is only suggested if no address is entered for the Gateway in the Gateway table.

By default, only HAWBs that not have been consolidated - not added to the Consol tab - can be added to the truck manifest.

Activate this option if you would like to add such HAWBs to a truck manifest nevertheless.

After the print of a manifest, a green status in the Consol department displays the shipment is on its way to the Gateway.

If you would like to change a truck manifest after it has been printed, activate this option.

This field must be activated to use the function Create accruals automatically.

In this section, you can deposit trucker addresses with the agreed prices per kilogram for the Gateways.

It is also possible to record multiple trucker addresses for one Gateway.

The suggestion of the address and of the price in the accrual mask follows the entry of the trucker address in the truck manifest.
