Price determination from ECM

It is possible to determine the rates for the accrual creation from ECM upon the creation of the truck manifest.

AIR PARAMETER → Gateway tab

Please activate the rate determination from ECM in the basic data.

In the basic data AIR PARAMETER → Gateway tab the checkboxes

• Create accruals when printing truck manifest and

• Calculation via ECM (Truckmanifest) must be activated.

You also have the option to deposit a preallocation for the search: Preallocation ECM-search (Truckmanifest).
→ CS provides a respective preallocation by default: ECM TRUCKMANIFEST.

→ This automatically fills certain search fields with the data from the truck manifest (see image Search mask for rate determination in ECM below).

Determine accruals

The rate determination is triggered when you

• print preview or

• email the truck manifest.  

If only one result is found, the application automatically opens the accrual mask.

Here, the value determined in ECM is divided between the individual files.

If ECM returns a calculation basis beginning with [chargeable], CWT is set as the basis, in all other cases GWT.

Open

If the program finds no or multiple results, it will once again open the search mask for you to adjust the search parameters if necessary.
Start the search with F3.

Search mask for rate determination in ECM:

Click [+] to see the rate details.

The accrual mask opens after you have accepted a rate by selecting it via checkbox and confirming with OK.
Confirm with OK to save the accruals accordingly in the individual files.
