To add other charges manually, select a billing code in every line.

• Add a new line by pressing the TAB key at the end of the line.

• You can alternatively select the context menu item Add line or Delete line.

• Select Copy line to copy the current line. Select Insert line to add a new line above the current one.

In the basic data you can record the other charges with a formula and prices.
Your administrator can make these entries in basic data INVOICING  → BILLING CODES.
