The gateway billing enables the creation of freight invoices to coloading branches as internal settlements, single invoices or collective invoices. The gateway branch charges the partial airfreight, a handling fee and potentiallly other costs to the branches and coloading partners. A profit (revenue) is posted on the consol file. The HAWB files are only charged if this is your own branch (own client) and the billing is done via internal settlement. |
