The data requirements of Chinese and Indonesian Customs - and meanwhile various other countries - have changed as of June 1st 2018. Additional data must be transmitted along with the Bill of Lading (Seafreight) and the AWB (Airfreight): Company code identifier + number Contact partner name (first- and lastname) Contact partner phone number Contact partner fax number (optional) AEO status (optional)
These entries are required for shipper, consignee and notify. |

Function in the order

In the Seafreight module, the data can be transmitted via Customs data tab in BL.
In the Airfreight module, the data can be transmitted from the basic data along with the AWB.
There is no entry in the order.
As described above, the airfreight module determines and transmits the company code.
The contact partner name and phone number are determined from the first line of the Partner tab.
If no partner is available, the phone number from the main tab of the address is transmitted instead.
Documents print Airfreight
There are new requirements by various airlines.

Display Customs data of a Chinese address
The Customs data entered in a Chinese address is also displayed in the manual AWB and can be changed or deleted. The changed data is then also printed in the same way.
