Description of the head line fields

Order date | The order date is preset from the new file creation window. | |||
AWB type | The AWB type is displayed after you have selected an AWB type for the new file during file creation. | |||
AWB number | Assign the AWB number in this field via the context menu - or manually, depending on your settings. The entry in the context menu is only enabled when all mandatory fields are filled in. |

DGR | Mark the order as a dangerous goods order.
If the dangerous goods indicator is activated when a new order is created, the field becomes mandatory and empty. The DGR indicator is also used like GSA and Service for rate determination (net rate, customer rate).

Code for general cargo. Select the indicator for your goods from the dropdown box.

Departure/Destination | The departure airport code and arrival airport code are automatically filled if you have filled the routing from/to in the middle section. | |||
Carrier | The carrier code is filled automatically if the Carrier field in the section Routing is filled. | → | ||
