Order date

The order date is preset from the new file creation window.

AWB type

The AWB type is displayed after you have selected an AWB type for the new file during file creation.

AWB number

Assign the AWB number in this field via the context menu - or manually, depending on your settings.

The entry in the context menu is only enabled when all mandatory fields are filled in.

DGR

Mark the order as a dangerous goods order.

- This checkbox is activated automatically if the checkbox Dangerous goods was activated on file creation.
- Is also activated by entering dangerous goods data to the goods description.
The DGR drop-down list defaults to GEN.

If the dangerous goods indicator is activated when a new order is created, the field becomes mandatory and empty.
An entry must be made by the user.

The DGR indicator is also used like GSA and Service for rate determination (net rate, customer rate).
