Addresses that were recorded in a TMS order, regardless of whether they were entered manually or as basic data addresses, are now checked even more thoroughly.
In the following, we will use examples to explain the functionality of this new verification type in TMS, the data listing in the SATIS application as well as email notifications sent from the SaCos server.

If you modify a basic data address in the order, the application checks the first line (the company name) as institution and the remaining lines as address.
The popup mask displays the result of the verification.

Order entry with basic data address

Company name only

If the application can only find the institution in a sanction list above the threshold value, it consequently only displays the company name:

Order entry with manual entries

Manual address entry

In case of a manual address entry (not a basic data addres), the popup displays all lines as per the order.
The check of such an entry is conducted as a CargoSoft object.

Copy files

When a TMS file is copied, the addresses A1 - A9 are checked.

If the checkoboxes copy B/L data and forms are active when copying a file, a compliance check of the B/L and form addresses takes place.

Note

ATTENTION: The addresses from these two areas are not checked each time the position is opened.
